All clients are directed to review these terms and conditions in print on quotes. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
We provide exterior cleaning services, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, and related cleaning services ("Services"). The exact scope depends on the quote, job notes, and the conditions on-site.
Appointment dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, safety concerns, or other delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes.

Some jobs may require a deposit to reserve a date. Deposit requirements will be communicated in advance.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and/or collection costs as allowed by law.
We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We may charge a reasonable trip fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, when permitted by law and communicated before scheduling.
Stain treatment products may not be used in some instances (i.e. Specials) but are included in regular pricing. Clients wanting stain treatment products applied should select regular services. Cleaning improves appearance, but we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains. Some discoloration may be permanent (e.g., rust, oxidation, etched surfaces, paint failure, deep organic staining, tannins, mineral deposits, or prior chemical damage).
Upon completion of service, the client agrees to inspect the work within 72 hours (24 hours on fleet). Unsatisfactory areas must be addressed during this period. Any concerns, missed areas, or requests for touch-ups must be reported within this 72-hour window. After 72 hours, all services are considered complete and satisfactory. Any additional cleaning, corrections, or re-washing requested after the 3-day period will be treated as a separate job and will require a new quote.

We take reasonable care around landscaping and fixtures. You are responsible for removing or securing delicate items. Please note that Firewater does not move items left in work area. Any items in the area to be cleaned will need to be removed by the client prior to job start. Items that cannot be moved should be covered with plastic. Firewater is not responsible for items left in the cleaning area.
Firewater employees will make every effort to prevent damage to surfaces involved in cleaning (onsite evaluation, prewatering of landscape). The client understands that while every reasonable effort will be made to prevent damage, there may be outlying factors related but not limited to initial structure, damage, upkeep, maintenance, etc. of the area resulting in unforeseen damage. Firewater does not assume liability of such incidents but is the client's responsibility to be knowledgeable of the surface and surrounding area to be cleaned. Some temporary disturbance (e.g., debris movement, water runoff) may occur.
We may take before/after photos or videos of property to be cleaned.
These photos are the property of Firewater LLC and may be used for work documentation, quality control, training, or marketing purposes (website, social media, ads). If you prefer we do not use images of your property, tell us in writing before service.
Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications via our forms or other software-based methods. Email may also be used.
You can request to cancel SMS messages or emails at any time by sending request to info@firewatercorp.com. Every reasonable attempt will be made to remove you from these services, understanding that you may inadvertently receive future communication from time to time as systems are updated.
